Graphics: Be sure to include all graphics (support files) used in the document. Acceptable graphic files formats are as follows: TIFF, EPS, BMP, Raw Freehand, Illustrator or Photoshop Files.
Resolution:

Graphics MUST be scanned or created at printing output resolution of 2400 dpi.
Screens/Halftones MUST be a MINIMUM 133 lpi (.jpg graphics created for the web are 72 lpi - this resolution is poor quality for printing.)
Colors: If four color process = CMYK If spot color*, use Pantone Color System (PMS) *Be sure to output your own color separations and composite proofs before submitting any files. Please include these proofs with your file. If sending files electronically, please fax us copies of these proofs. Remove all unused colors.
Fonts: All printer and viewer fonts must be supplied or converted to paths. DO NOT USE CLICK BUTTONS FOR BOLD, ITALIC, ETC.
File Transfer: 100MB ZIP Cartridge 1.3MB Floppy Disk CD Files less than 2 MB may be e-mailed to: jerwin@cdocsolutions.com (this e-mail address for files created on a Macintosh based platform only.)
