How to Submit Artwork to Consolidated Document Solutions

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

Adobe CS5.5 - Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop. If the file is to print “as is,” PDF files are acceptable.


GRAPHICS

Vector art is preferred. Be sure to include all graphics (links, support files) used in document. Acceptable graphic file formats are as follows: EPS, TIFF, JPG.


RESOLUTION

Screens/Halftones MUST be a MINIMUM 133 lpi (.jpg graphics created for the web are 72 lpi - this resolution is poor quality for printing.)


COLORS

If four color process = CMYK. If spot color, use the Pantone Color System (PMS).


FONTS

All fonts must be supplied or, preferably, converted to paths.
